MEDIA ALL-STAR TEAM AND MVP BALLOT

Thank you for taking part in selecting the All-Star Team and the MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the 2012 IIHF Ice Hockey ______World Championship , as selected by accredited media.

The selections you are about to make will have an impact on how this championship will be recorded in the history books of hockey. Therefore, before you make your selection, please observe the following:

 Only one ballot is permitted per accredited journalist.

 Please select fairly and without national bias. All ballots where there is obvious bias (i.e. all players from the same country) or where the voting clearly does not reflect deserving candidates, will not be counted.

The deadline for casting the ballot is at the end of the second intermission of the Gold Medal Game. The ballot box will be located in the Media Centre.

You must submit your name, media affiliation and country as written on your accreditation card. Anonymous ballots will not be counted.
