The homes in Lismore Park were built by Eastwood Homes and Keystone builders. Each resident is responsible for the maintenance of their individual lot, with the annual homeowner association dues providing for the maintenance of the association’s common property and street lighting.

Lismore Park subdivision is right next to East Riverside Park. Inside East Riverside Park there are two baseball fields, a playground, rest rooms, picnic area, and a volleyball court.
