High energy, competitive, and dynamic environment. Specified new filter applications on new projects for agricultural, industrial, marine, and construction industry. I have extensive knowledge of pump sizing, motors, and variable frequencies. I have participated in lab validation and quality control improvements for products and presented data to customers. Working knowledge of ASM, and ASTM specifications. Lead multiple projects with kick off meetings along a team of engineers, purchasing, and manufacturing. Document the process as the project moves along in CRM along working with a sales team. I have also provided technical sales support to customers and distributors.
Laminators Inc.: (05/2012-12/2014) I was employed as an design engineer for an aluminum composite wall manufacturer. Design and development of new product line along with technical sales support for clients. Work load consisted of developing custom details for each job using Auto Cad software, and design of new rain screen wall systems for high rise buildings. I was also involved with setting up ASTM standard testing, such as NFPA, Miami-Dade wind loading, and water penetrating. I also helped solve design issues with architects and local code officials on site visits. I also have extensive knowledge of Local law 11 experience for NY buildings. I have also helped with the manufacturing process by developing UL reports and ISO standards.
Eastern Exterior Wall Systems : (03/2001-04/2012) Structural Design Engineer for a pre-fabricated wall panels for various projects such as Sand’s Casino, Prudential Center and W Hotel. Work duties included light gage frame design and structural connections according to specific building codes. Project managing multi million jobs from conceptual design to final fabrication. Coordinated with different general contractors such as electrical, masonry, HVAC, and interior finishes to lay out a plan for initial construction through architectural drawings. Devised a layout plan to manufacture and install wall panels around the building structure through plans and elevations on shop drawings.
