Full description  Undertake training to obtain recognised qualifications  Complete assignments on time  Attend team meetings and contribute relevant ideas  Under supervision provide all aspects of care for children including washing, changing and feeding  Ensure the Setting is a high quality environment, which meets the needs of individual children from differing cultures, religious backgrounds and stages of development  Provide adult interaction with children  Be aware of and implement the setting's policies  Support all staff and engage in teamwork  Attend training, monthly staff meetings, parents/carers evenings etc in the evening or at weekends as required  Contribute to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness  Respect the confidentiality of information received

The position is advertised for 30 hours per week but the apprentice may be required to work more hours on a wage of £2.73 per hour.

There is a performance bonus of up to £100 month available.

This position requires a Criminal Record Check due to working with vulnerable children and young people. Reality Check The nursery is from 7.15am until 6pm. The apprentice will be required to work a variety of shifts.
