The following cancellation /transfer policy applies to all bookings:  substitute delegates can be accepted up to 48 hours before the event.  transfer of a delegate booking to another event may be possible if agreed by RTPI and notified a minimum of 3 working days before the event  notification of cancellations must be received at least 7 full working days before the event  no refund will be given for cancellations after this period and non-attendance will result in a charge of 100% of the delegate fee.

Please note:  All full day conferences/workshops will commence at 9.30 am and finish by approx. 4.00 pm  Whilst every effort is made to keep to the programme advertised the RTPI NE reserves the right to amend the programme/agenda at short notice.  Half day event timetables are advertised individually.  N.B. Conference papers are for the use of the registered delegate, copyright laws apply.
