Dear Parents/Carers Tapestry Online Learning Journal Image Consent Last week at the Information Evening I mentioned Tapestry Online Learning Journal. We have found this to be a brilliant tool for documenting your child’s experiences during their first year at school. You have secure access (via email address and password) to your child’s Learning Journal and, in addition to viewing our contributions, we encourage you to add to it by uploading photos and comments, or commenting on observations made by us. Parents can only see their own child’s information. Please provide the email address/addresses you would like to be used for Tapestry on the slip below. Please write very clearly – you can use the back of the slip if you need more room.

Learning Journals will include observations of your child at play, photographs and other information. It is likely that some of the photographs in the file will capture other children at play, and it must be emphasised that such data is shared for your own personal use only. This means that the information cannot be shared
