Important Cash Management System Information. Action Required

IMPORTANT CASH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM INFORMATION. ACTION REQUIRED.

We are pleased to announce that effective December 5, 2016 we are upgrading our Business banking systems to ensure that we provide the most innovative solutions and a richer online experience.

As of December 5, 2016 you will enjoy a new and improved Business Internet Banking product. This new system provides a suite of sophisticated cash management tools to meet the needs of both small business and larger commercial customers alike. Some of the new features you will notice immediately are:

 New overall look and feel

 Easy and intuitive navigation

 Detailed Online Help

 Customizable dashboard, putting often used information at your fingertips

 Reconcile accounts with the ability to export data to QuickBooks.

 Detailed information reporting and activity reports for our business clients

 Enhanced security features including challenge questions and token use for funds transfers (ACH and wires)

 Plus, you have the choice to set up transaction limits or require multiple approvers for Certain transactions- which will help improve your security.

 Easier to read statements with Check Images

New Bill Pay and Bill Presentment (eBills)

 Easy registration for first time users

 “Smart Calendar” to help you schedule payments

 Easier payee management

 Quicker payment processing

 Ability to view and pay statements from vendors through eBills

 Enhanced email notifications for payments Enroll for online statements on line to view historical transactions and statements

Alerts and Messaging

 Set up a variety of e-mail alerts to be notified of important activity

 Send and receive secure communications from the bank

Important information you need to know:

1. From Friday, December 2, 2016, your online access will be limited to “view only” while we complete the transition to BeB. This means you can see your account information, but will be unable to transfer funds or pay bills. Beginning, Monday, December 5, 2016 you can access your accounts online directly at the bank’s website.

2. Your current login credentials cannot be reused on the new system. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. On or around the third week of November 2016, we will be providing you with your new login credentials which you will use to log in to BeB for the first time.

Actions you need to take prior to December 2, 2016:

To ensure a smooth transition, we recommend completing these essential functions before

Friday, December 2, 2016.

 Download your transaction history. For your personal record keeping, you may want to consider downloading or printing your transactions prior to Friday, December 2, 2016. Beginning Monday, December 5, 2016, your prior transactions will no longer be available for viewing online.

 Internal account-to-account transfers scheduled through December 4, 2016 will be processed on December 2, 2016. Transfers scheduled to occur after December 4, 2016 will not be processed and will need to be re-established on the new system. We recommend you print out your current account-to-account transfers from the current system so that you may easily re-establish them on the new system on or after December 5, 2016.

 ACH Transactions scheduled through December 2, 2016 will be processed as scheduled. ACH transactions scheduled to occur after December 2, 2016, or any recurring ACH transactions, will not be processed and will need to be re-established on the new system. We recommend you print out your current ACH Transactions from the current system so that you may easily re-establish them on the new system on or after December 5, 2016.

 Wire Transactions scheduled through December 2, 2016 will be processed as scheduled. Wire transactions scheduled to occur after December 2, 2016, or any recurring wire transfers, will not be processed and will need to be re-established on the new system. We recommend you print out your current Wire Transactions from the current system so that you may easily re-establish them on the new system on or after December 5, 2016. Please note that your existing wire templates will be converted onto the new system. After 9:00 a.m. Monday, December 5, 2016:

 Re-establish your account-to-account transfers: If you have scheduled online account-to- account transfers to occur after Friday, December 2, 2016, you will need to re-establish these transfers on the new system. Select the Transfer and Payments tab in the top navigation panel to re-establish these transfers.

 Re-establish your statements online: If you currently view statements online, you will need to activate this feature by re-enrolling in Online Statements. Please Note: You will need to enroll in online statements in order to access online statement history.

 Bill Payment: Access to bill payments will be temporarily unavailable on December 2, 2016 until Monday, December 5, 2016. SCHEDULED PAYMENTS WILL CONTINUE TO BE PROCESSED EVEN WHILE BILL PAYMENT IS UNAVAILABLE.

 Your current payees and scheduled bill payments will be transferred

 Select the “Make Payments” tab in the top navigational panel to access and review your payee and payment information.

 Please note that if you have scheduled a bill payment in the same amount to the same payee on the same day, only one of those payments will be converted.

 If you are a Quicken or QuickBooks user –

o Prior to December 2, 2016, you will need to download your latest transactions into QuickBooks. Note: You will not be able to download these transactions after December 2, 2016.

o Any time after 9:00a.m. on December 5, 2016, log into your Online account to activate your account.

 Please visit the bank website to review instructions to assist you with this important transition.
