The writer had this to say, “Baucom teams are always good in transition with the ability to score in a variety of ways. His offense has been called the ‘sprint and strike’ and ‘loot and shoot.’ Essentially, when you move the ball well, you get open threes… quickly.” OPENING THE GAME ON A RUN: In the game against James Madison (12/5), the Bulldogs opened the game on a 7-0 run before the Dukes finally got on the scoreboard. It was the best start to a game this season for the Bulldogs and the first time the Bulldogs have scored the first seven points of a game since last season when the Bulldogs jumped out to an 8-0 lead over Toccoa Falls on Dec. 7, 2016.
