1.0 Summary

EPM 15238 is located within a belt of ultrabasic rocks centred on the Kandanga area east and south-east of . The area has been explored for gold, nickel and base metals in the past and several historic prospects occur in the area. The tenement is in 3 non-contigous blocks and is roughly 40km south-ewest of Gympie.

During the years 2008, 2009 & 2010 the main focus on this EPM was nickel within the tenement. An approximately 12km long magnetic and geochemical anomaly has been identified and extends from Mudjimba Creek (west of ) north to South Creek.

The main focus during 2010-12 has again switched to gold as the price has remained high, whereas the price for nickel has dropped significantly in recent years.

No surface sampling was carried out on the relinquished sub-blocks. Numerous surface sampling & drilling was carried out on the previous tenement EPM 5187 which was conditionally surrendered prior to the grant of EPM 15238. Research of Annual Reports for 5187 up to year 2007 describes the earlier work.

2.0 Introduction

EPM 15238 was granted to D’Aguilar Gold Ltd (now DGR Global Ltd) on the 14th of December 2007, encompassing ninety-four sub-blocks for a 5 year term. Forty-nine sub-blocks were relinquished in November 2009, and a further 22 in December 2010. Another 12 sub-blocks were offered for relinquishment from December 2011, and another 6 at the end of 2012 leaving 5 sub- blocks for the sixth year of tenure. A tenement renewal was also lodged late 2012.

The tenement currently exists as 2 non-contiguous blocks, roughly 40km south-west of Gympie.

Exploration activities are managed from the DGR Global Group Exploration Office at Gympie.

This partial relinquishment report describes the results of exploration carried out during the 5 years of tenure ending 13th December 2012 on the relinquished sub-blocks and is presented in fulfilment of the statutory conditions attached to the Permit.

3.0 Regional Geological Setting

Several belts of serpentinised ultrabasic intrusives are known in the Northern New England Fold Belt of Eastern . EPM 15238 lies within an ultrabasic belt that outcrops from just north of Kilkivan south to Kandanga and is part of a larger belt of ultrabasics that has been displaced by the Darling River Structure and continues north from Mundubbera to east of Monto.

The ultrabasics intrude Palaeozoic metasediments and metavolcanics. Parts of these intrusive ultrabasics have been identified as altered harzburgite peridotites. The ultrabasics are serpentinised to varying degrees.

Palaeozoic lithologies in this region have been intruded by Permian to Triassic granitoids and porphyries ranging in composition from gabbro to diorite and granodiorite to monzonite and quartz monzonite.

The Kilkivan-Kandanga ultrabasic belt is characterised by extensive alteration and mineralisation of the granitoids, porphyries, Palaeozoic lithologies and ultrabasics from Mt Mudlo south throughout the Black Snake area and south-east through , Tewoo and Kandanga. Numerous historical gold, copper, silver, nickel and cobalt and base metal prospects occur within this belt.

5.0 Work Conducted on Relinquished Ground

No surface sampling was carried out on the relinquished sub-blocks. Numerous surface sampling & drilling was carried out on the previous tenement EPM 5187 which was conditionally surrendered prior to the grant of EPM 15238.
