• Transport to your host towns will be provided by your specific host town. • If your host town can‘t handle your transport, we will transfer these delegations to your destination with buses.

• Transfer from the host town back to Graz, Schladming and Ramsau will also be provided by your host town or us. Shuttle Service during the WWG 2017 • Time of arrival at venues in Graz: 8:30 a.m. • Time of arrival at venues in Ramsau: 7:45 a.m. • Time of arrival at venues in Schladming/ Rohrmoos: 7:45 a.m.

• Several shuttle buses will travel on circular routes every hour. • Almost every hotel will be included in those circular routes. • Some hotels won‘t be included. A solution will be provided with smaller buses. Example of a circular route in Schladming/ Rohrmoos

• After the ceremony, athletes and families will be transported back home the same way they were transported to the ceremony Closing Ceremony

Arrival : The Delegations will arrive by plane, bus or train in their Host Town directly or in one of our bigger destinations which are as close as possible to the Host Town. There you will meet your hosts who will take care of the Delegation for the next two days.

15th of March: Your hosts will prepare a program which will be typical for the region you are in. In the evening there will be a special event to experience the Austrian hospitality.
