Hard copies of the PNF were also sent to all of the Impact Advisory Group (“IAG”) members. The initial public comment period was subsequently extended until May 1, 2018, through mutual consent between the BPDA and the Proponent to allow more time for the general public to provide comments and feedback. On May 30, 2017, in accordance with the BRA’s policy on mitigation as outlined in the Mayor’s Executive Order Relative to the Provision of Mitigation by Development Projects in Boston, Mark Development and Buckminster Annex Corporation submitted a Letter of Intent to redevelop properties at 560-574 Commonwealth Avenue and 645-665 Beacon Street.
