September 8-11, 2011 LETTER FROM THE CHAIRMAN

Your Idealease Board of Directors invite you to “Step UP” and attend our 2011 Idealease Annual Meeting to be held September 8 – 11, 2011 in Chicago at The Hyatt Regency Hotel on Wacker Drive. The Idealease Annual Meeting was last held in Chicago in 1988 and we are very pleased to bring our gathering back to ‘our kind of town.’

The Thursday opening session and the Friday and Saturday business sessions will be held at the Hyatt Regency, and we are excited to host our Saturday night dinner at Navy Pier, overlooking Lake Michigan. This is an incredible venue and promises to help us make Saturday night a very special celebration.

There is a lot to do and see in Chicago, and September is a wonderful time to enjoy the Windy City. You will find a sampling of activities and excursions to explore in this online book.

During the past year, Idealease and many Affiliates have ‘stepped up’ to the opportunity presented by a steady recovery in our industry. We have grown the rental fleet, acquired new lease accounts locally and nationally, identified the need to develop lease managers into account managers, and continued to demonstrate why Idealease ‘is a better way’ for companies to manage their transportation needs.

Looking to the coming year, we have the opportunity to further strengthen our market penetration and grow our customer base. Our Annual Meeting business sessions will zero-in on how we can create great results in 2012.

Our suppliers play a vital role in our ability to compete and provide our customers with the best products and services in the industry. We ask our suppliers to Step UP and partner with Idealease and our affiliates to deliver transportation solutions that make a positive contribution to our customers’ businesses. We look forward to hearing about the latest innovations and services from our Supplier Partners.

We encourage you to make plans to attend this year’s Annual Meeting – it will be a great event in a great city. We hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Jack C. Saum, Jr. Chairman, Idealease Board of Directors GENERAL INFORMATION

Alinea Chef/Owner is a culinary wunderkind and is pushing the envelope with food ingredients and presentation -- think truffle-juice ravioli with melted leek and bison with multiple preparations of Iranian pistachios. Chef Achatz’s 24-course tasting menu (which takes 5 hours to complete) has quickly become legendary. • 1723 N. Halsted, Chicago (2.9 miles from Hotel) • American Contemporary • $$$$ • (312) 867-0110 • http://www.alinea-restaurant.com/

Charlie’s Trotter’s Many will argue that Charlie Trotter’s is the best restaurant in America -- while that may be debatable, Chef Trotter certainly put Chicago on the fine dining map with his painstak- ingly complex food creations that often use dozens of ingredients. • 816 W. Armitage, Chicago (3.3 miles from Hotel) • Contemporary • $$$$ • (773) 248-6228 Reservations Required • http://www.charlietrotters.com/

Everest The service, food, and prices are as high as this restaurant’s location on the 40th floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange. Chef Jean Joho’s seven course tasting menu can feature items like roasted Maine lobster, medallion of venison, and imported Russian caviar. • 440 S. Lasalle, Chicago (1.3 miles from Hotel) • French • $$$$ • (312) 663-8920 Reservations Required • http://www.leye.com/restaurants/rest_home.jsp?id=9

L20 When some of the best chefs in the world have a craving for the most expertly prepared piece of fish, they take a trip to Chicago’s Lincoln Park to visit Chef Laurent Gras at L20. Described by Travel + Leisure as a “seafood temple,” diners certainly worship at the altar of Gras’ delicate and flavorful dishes. • 2300 N. Lincoln Park West, Chicago (4.4 miles from Hotel) • Seafood/Contemporary • $$$$ • (773) 868-0002 • http://www.l2orestaurant.com/ RECOMMENDED FINE DINING

Moto When you realize that the waiters are chefs, and the phrase “molecular gastronomy” is being bantered about, you know you’re in for an intense culinary experience. Your magnetic cutlery may be a clue, too. • 945 W. Fulton Market, Chicago (2.1 miles from Hotel) • Contemporary • $$$$ • (312) 491-0058 • http://www.motorestaurant.com/

Naha Chef Carrie Nahabedian delivers the goods with her creative and complex dishes that live up to her impressive resume. Naha also might be the only fine dining restaurant that offers a hamburger on its lunch menu (to be expected, it’s insanely good). Her cousin Michael Nahabedian, also a culinary veteran, heads up operations. • 500 N. Clark St., Chicago (0.8 miles from Hotel) • American Contemporary/Fusion • $$$ • (312) 321-6242 • http://www.naha-chicago.com/

Schwa When the folks bringing your food are the same ones preparing it in the kitchen, you know there’s some serious pride and accountability on the line when that plate is set down. And Schwa does not disappoint -- Chef Michael Carlson has been described by some as “quirky” (his downright frustrating reservation system is one example), his high level of talent and inventiveness in the kitchen is unquestionable. Schwa is BYOB. • 1466 N. Ashland Ave., Chicago (3.2 miles from Hotel) • American Contemporary • $$$$ • (773) 252-1466 • http://schwarestaurant.com/ RECOMMENDED FINE DINING

Spiaggia “Four star Italian cuisine” may seem like an oxymoron in the United States, but Chef Tony Mantuano will convince you otherwise in this Magnificent Mile hotspot. Entrees like braised lobster and strip steak with 50-year-old balsamic vinegar entice, as well as these two words: cheese cave. • 980 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago (1.1 miles from Hotel) • Italian • $$$$ • (312) 280-2750 • http://www.spiaggiarestaurant.com/

Tru The brainchild of the married team of Chef Rick Tramonto and Pastry Chef Gale Gand, Tru was planned and designed from the ground up to be the ultimate sacred ground of fine dining. The “collections” (tasting menus), whose composition is decided on by the kitchen when you order, are a gastronomical delight. • 676 N. Saint Clair St., Chicago (0.8 miles from Hotel) • French, Global/Fusion • $$$$ • (312) 202-0001

One SixtyBlue Though many associate one sixtyblue with owner Michael Jordan, the restaurant came to life combining the notion of a forgotten address, 160 Loomis, with what our neighbors called “the big blue building.” Once the home of a pickle factory, the sleek neighborhood restaurant artfully blends vibrant seasonal flavors with modern traditions and an easy charm.

Guided by market-fresh inspiration from farmer to plate, Chef Michael McDonald’s con- temporary American cuisine celebrates daily life. A stylish Chicago West Loop restaurant, one sixtyblue captures the essence of leisurely dining at the American table.
