A special mention of the famous Tokat Kebab, which is a definite must-eat Turkish food to eat when in Tokat. Summary : As The International Ecotourism Society, we organize an annual conference, the Ecotourism and Sustainable Tourism Conference (ESTC) and Business to Business Networking Event that is a widely considered the most important conference in ecotourism. The first ESTC took place in 2004 and this year, we will hold the 16th ESTC in one of the best ecological destinations of Turkey, the beautiful town of Tokat. The conference will take place by 27 July of 2021. Attendees will be able to see, feel, touch, cook and eat while having an educational sightseeing tours in Turkey. Ballıca Cave is the most unique structure of the park. The cave is made up of karstic crystal lime stones that cover the metamorphic schists. The cave is developed not on a karstic belt but among single-local karstic blocks. These blocks are surrounded by schists. Hence, the areas where limestone surfaces are limited. However, its cave volume is quite large despite the limited surface. It has a length of 680m and covers an area of about 6.500m2 which is an indication of high karstification. LAKE ALMUS

Trout culture has showed a rapid increase in Almus Dam Lake which is similar to the other dam lakes of Turkey. The most important components in net the cage culture systems are the water quality parameters and environmental carrying capacity. In this study, water quality of Almus Dam Lake has been observed for one year period, and some evaluations have been done on trout culture, carrying capacity and trophic level of the lake by considering the obtained results AMASYA Amasya is one of the provinces in Central Anatolia of Turkey which is distinct both with its natural setup and historical values it holds. It was the homeland of the famous geographer Strabo. Located in a narrow cleft of the Yesilirmak () river, it has a past of 3000 years during which many civilizations left priceless remains of their times. The ruins of the citadel on the rock face of the cleft shelters 2000 year old water-channels, 1000 year old bridges, a mental hospital, an Ottoman Palace and a secret underground passageway. On the rock faces there are impressive rock tombs of the kings, which contribute very much to the attractiveness of the city. At night, when they are illuminated, the view is unforgettable. The city also has many historically and architecturally precious buildings; the Ferhat water channel, the 13th century Seljuk Burmali Mosque, the 15th century Yildirim Beyazit Mosque and Complex; the 14th century Ilhanli Bimarhane Mental Hospital with lovely relieves around its portal, the extraordinary octagonal Kapi Aga Medrese (theological school), the Torumtay Mausoleum and the Gök Medrese. There are traditional Turkish mansions which have been well-preserved showing the best examples of Turkish architecture. The 19th century Hazeranlar Mansion has been restored perfectly and now it is of great interest with an art gallery on its first floor and an ethnographical museum on the second. The Archaeological Museum of Amasya has an interesting collection including the mummies of the Ilhanli rulers of Amasya. Uzungol Lake in Trabzon is a stunning place of natural beauty. The building itself, constructed in the midst of the rocks, combined with its natural setting lends Sumela Monastery a mystical appearance. It is one of the oldest and most beautiful monasteries on earth. According to legend, the current site of the Sumela Monastery was once a church, but two monks named Barnabas of Athens and Sophronios had the same dream, which persuaded the Greek Emperor of Trabzon, Alexios III to build the monastery. It is believed that before the monastery was built, the church had been there for a century. In their dreams, the two monks foresaw that the most famous Virgin Mary painting by Apostle Luke, which had been lost for many years, was to be found. According to the clues in their dreams, they went to the place where the Sumela Monastery is now located. The Sumela Monastery is in the province of Trabzon in the district of Macka, and its name came from its location where was previously known as Mela Mountain. In Greek “Stou mela” means “on Mela”. The present name of the monastery originally came from the Greek dialect as “Sou-mela” (Sumela). It is believed that the monastery was built between AD 365-395. As the reason for constructing the monastery was the icon of the Virgin Mary, so the monastery is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and is also known locally as the “Monastery of the Virgin Mary”. Acarlar Lake Floodplain Forest is one of important floodplain forests and wetlands of Turkey. In this study, the liverwort variety of Acarlar Lake Longoz Forest was investigated. 70 liverwort sample were collected as a result of the field work carried out during different vegetation periods (July 2016 - March 2017). These samples were identified and 18 species belonging to 13 genera and 12 families have been detected. BOLU- ABANT YEDIGOLLER (SEVEN LAKES)

7 lakes which are found to be diffirent height points from each other and at the same time connected with each other on foot. You find seven small lakes in a valley formed as the result of a landslide: Buyukgol (Big Lake), Seringol (Cool Lake), Deringol (Deep Lake), Nazligol (Elegant Lake), Kucukgol (Small Lake), Incegol (Thin Lake) and Sazligol (Reedy Lake). The lakes are on an area of 550 hectares, while the National Park they are located in is 2019 hectares. The area is among the best- known trekking places. BALIKESIR –

Kazdagi (Mount Ida) National Park is in the district of Edremit, in Balikesir (Balıkesir) province. The National Park can be reached via the 230 highway from Balikesir (92 km), and the 24 highway from . Kazdagi (Mount Ida) National Park stretches from East to West along the north coast of the Gulf of Edremit at the northern extremity of the Aegean. Kazdagi or Kazdaglari (Kaz mountain), originally called Ida in ancient times, separates the Aegean and Marmara regions and is the highest in the at 1.774 m. Places to visit include the valleys with their rich variety of flora and fauna; the mythological Ida Mountain which was said to be the venue of the first beauty contest; and the area of Sarikiz (Sarıkız), in which the Sarikiz myth took place. NASA says the minerals and rock deposits at Salda are the nearest match on earth to those around the Jezero Crater where the spacecraft landed and which is believed to have once been flooded with water. Gobekli Tepe is located in Upper Mesopotamia, a region which saw the emergence of the most ancient farming communities in the world. Monumental structures, interpreted as monumental communal buildings (enclosures), were erected by groups of hunter-gatherers in the Pre-Pottery Neolithic period (10th-9th millennia BC). The monuments were probably used in connection with social events and rituals and feature distinctive limestone T-shaped pillars, some of which are up to 5.50 meters tall. Some of the pillars, which are abstract depictions of the human form, also feature low reliefs of items of clothing, e.g. belts and loincloths, as well as high and low reliefs of wild animals. Recent excavation works have also identified the remains of non-monumental structures which appear to stem from domestic buildings. ADIYAMAN – MOUNT
