COLERAIN HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI/BOOSTER ASSOCIATION CHATTER 9 DISTINGUISHED GRADUATE AWARD NOMINATING PETITION We are seeking to recognize deserving graduates while at the same time, providing inspiration for our present students. The graduates inducted may be from any area of endeavor. This is not an Athletic Hall of Fame. A separate Hall of Fame was established in 1997 to recognize the Athletic accomplishments of Colerain graduates. Likewise, nominees need not have had outstanding high school records nor is college attendance a requirement. Additionally, nominees may still live in the community or they may be far removed. Regardless, any Colerain graduate is eligible to receive the Distinguished Graduate Award.

Nominations/Eligibility: 1. Petitioners must sign petitions or the petition will be invalid. 2. Petitions must be submitted to the high school office in person or by mail. 3. Any graduate of Colerain High School is eligible to receive the Distinguished Graduate Award. This includes any student educated before 1925 in schools that became part of Colerain High School. 4. The nominee must have graduated at least five years prior to the date of induction 5. Those nominees selected for induction by the voting committee will be notified by the committee chairperson. 6.
