On 29 Sep. 2011, “Tiangong-1” space station started 2-year mission. On 18 Jun. 2012, “Shenzhou-9” spacecraft successfully docked with “Tiangong-1” space station.
“Tiangong- 1” “Shenzhou- 9”
“Tiangong-1” was equipped with high-spectral remote sensors for monitoring of the Earth’s environment changes. 2nd FP7 Space Research Conference Chang’e Program: Ability of deep space exploration 1st phase: “Orbiting” Three steps of China Lunar launching a probe orbiting the moon to Exploration Program (CLEP) realize lunar orbiting exploration
Orbiting 2nd phase: “Landing” Launching a probe to land on the lunar surface to realize traveling surveying on lunar surface by a lunar rover
3rd phase: “Returning” Landing Returning After the probe landing on the moon, it will conduct in-situ survey, automatically collect samples and then return to the Earth.

2.1 Satellite Navigation
2nd FP7 Space Research Conference 29 During the Sixth China-EU summit held in Beijing on 30 October 2003, the two sides formally signed the Cooperation Agreement on a Civil Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)-Galileo between the European Community and its member States and the People's Republic of China On 9 October 2004, the Agreement on the Cooperation in the Galileo Program between the Galileo Joint Undertaking and National Remote Sensing Center of China was signed. In 2007, GSA in EU succeed the GJU and began to be partner of NRSCC.

2nd FP7 Space Research Conference 42 On 10 November 2011, Mr. CAO Jianlin and Mr. Paul Weissenberg met in Lucca of Italy, they initialed the EU-China Cooperation on Space Elements of Consensus (EOC ) which have been formally signed by Minister WAN Gang and Vice president A. Tajani on May 2012. The meeting today is an achievement of EOC being implemented. On 10 November 2011, Mr. CAO Jianlin and Mr. Dordain met in Lucca of Italy and signed Protocol between the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and the European Space Agency on Cooperation of Space Science and Technology.
2nd FP7 Space Research Conference On 14 August 2012, the first meeting of the China-EU-ESA Dialogue on Space Technology Cooperation was held in Beijing. On this meeting , Terms of Reference China-EU-ESA Dialogue on Space Technology Cooperation was signed. This meeting was chaired by Mr. CAO Jianlin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. Mr. Paul Weissenberg, Deputy Director-General Enterprise and Industry of EC, and Mr. Dordain, Director General of ESA, attended the meeting. Both sides appreciated the achievements of the cooperation in space science and technology, and explored new directions for extensive cooperation.
2nd FP7 Space Research Conference On 20 September 2012, 15th Summit meeting held in Brussels, Belgium. Joint Statement on Space Technology Cooperation was signed by Vice President A. Tajani and Minister WAN Gang, and both sides expressed common willingness to enhance the cooperation in the field of space technology, and on the civil aspects of their respective GNSS on the basis of the existing framework.
