OPPORTUNITY FOR QUALIFYING AS A RADIOGRAPHER

The Minister for Territories has approved of a Nauruan being selected for full-time training as a Radiographer in ustralia •

• The trainee would be employed in an approved X-Ray Depart- ment either at a hospital or with a radiologist, to obtain practical experience in the worl<:. In addition the trainee would be required to attend evening lectures at an Institute of Technology. The course would lead to a Certificate in Radiography issued by the Conjoint Board of the College of Radiologists (Australasia) and the Australian Institute of Radiography.
