Origin: Wolkentanz II is considered one of the best sons of Weltmeyer with very high breed values adding type, excellent gaits, temperament and rideablity to his offspring - producing outstanding competition horses. Full brother, Wolkentanz I, was owned by State Stud, and full sister, WeiBe Rose, was 1994 Champion at Louis Wiegels Show.

Performance Record: Performance test Reserve Champion (133.56) and portion Champion (143.94), scoring two 10’s for rideability, Wolkentanz II won the qualification for the 2000 Federal Championship and competed in the World Championship of Young Dressage Horses. Winner of the 6 Year-old Dressage Test at the 2001 International Dressage Festival with a top score of 9.6 and also a highly placed finalist at the 6 yr. old Bundeschampionate. Wolkentanz II has com- peted successfully at Advanced level dressage (S level) in Germany & Europe.

Breeding/Progeny Record: In 2012, Wolkentanz II had 18 offspring competing at S level dressage and one at S level jump- ing. Sire of 12 Approved sons, a high percentage of State Premium mares, many Bundeschampionate competitors, riding horse Champions and offspring that are commanding top prices at prestigious sales and auctions. Wyllow R out of a Don Primero mare was the Bronze Medalist in the 5 yr old division of dressage horses at the 2008 Federal Championships and sold for 380,000 Euro ($520,000.00 US) at the PSI Auction in 2008. In 2010, Wakana, ridden by Olympic Medalist Ulla Salzgeber, won consistently at Grand Prix level & was ranked 23rdin the world. In 2011 Wolkentanz II ranked 40th (WBFSH) worldwide for top dressage sires, one of only 2 sires in the top 40 in North America. Wolkentanz II’s offspring continue to be successful at all levels of competition worldwide.
