Ky forum mbështetet nga SCP Albania në Tiranë e cila ka ndjekur TIFF-in gjatë gjithë historisë duke u përpjekur me sensibilitetin karakteristik t'i qëndrojë pranë nismave me karakter kinematografik me një vemendje të veccante drejt moshës rinore. Në këtë kuadër propozimi i TIFF për të organizuar një "forum të kineastëve të rinj ballkanikë" u mirëprit që në kontaktet e para që ne realizuam. Qëllimi i kësaj inisiative është krijimi i një klime bashkëpunimi dhe komunikimi i të rinjve që krijojnë kinematografi në vendet ballkanike, Shqipëri, Maqedoni, Serbi, Kosovë, Mal të Zi, Greqi, të cilët mund të vendosin kontakte frekuente midis tyre në festivalet e organizuara në secilin prej ketyre vendeve. Nga ana e tyre festivalet duhet të bëjnë të gjitha perpjekjet për të përqafuar këtë inisiative duke bërë të mundur kështu krijimin e një platforme reale që do të mundësonte realizimin e forumit në shkallë ballkanike. Johnatan Geva was born in Jerusalem on the 28th of October, Giovanni Truppa has been involved in film directing since 1998. He and been making short films since the age of 12. Went on to has participated in film workshops and seminars with Marco study film in high school and was drafted to keep on making Bellocchio, Marco Bechis, Denis Arcand, Italo Petriccione and Giuseppe films for the Israeli army, the IDF. Marie Magescas lives and works in Paris. She studied theater, created her own theater company and wrote and directed plays. In 1992, Marie began to paint and draw and had her first exhibitions in1993. Alongside her painting, she began to work with video in 2000.
