Please read the following booking conditions carefully, they form the basis of your contract with The PGA in England and Wales (North) and Golf Escapes and set out our respective rights and obligations.
Amateur Tournament Pro-Am entry fees are in pounds sterling.
All room upgrades are subject to availability at the time of booking
Payment by cheques made payable to ‘Golf Escapes Ltd’
Pro-Am Tournament entry fee deposit of £200 per amateur is required to hold the booking with the final balance being payable 6 weeks prior to the departure date.
Full payment is required if booking is made less than 10 weeks before departure.
Price based on a USD exchange rate of 1.30 – final price will be confirmed by Golf Escapes before you pay your deposit.
Upon receipt of entry, a written confirmation will be issued.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all passport, visa and health requirements. It is your responsibility to check current regulations and if our company incurs fines or surcharges as a result of your negligence you will be responsible for reimbursing us accordingly.
We accept responsibility for all parts of the event as described in our literature and agree to supply such to a reasonable standard. We accept responsibility for the acts and omissions of our employees, agents, suppliers and sub-contractors (providing at the time they were carrying out work authorised by us). Except where loss and or damage to luggage or personal possessions are concerned, we highly recommend that personal travel insurance is obtained prior to the event to cover such damage. We cannot be held responsible for the condition of golf courses because of maintenance or climate; we do try to keep clients informed of the up-to-date conditions.
In the unlikely event of a complaint please notify us immediately, most issues are easily resolved whilst you are on the event. If the matter is not solved to your satisfaction then please write to The PGA in England and Wales (North) within 28 days of your return, we will not accept liability after this time.
You may cancel at any time but the instructions will only be valid if we are notified in writing.
