A physiotherapist will be on site at all racedays for those who require treatment.

BADGE COLLECTION Badge collection is from the Owners’ & Trainers’ Desk in Ticket Office West. This is the white brick building located next to the West turnstiles.

Badges will always be left against a horse’s name unless specified otherwise. We ask that all connections collecting badges to bring photographic identification as well as their PASS Card. GOING

A11 CAR PARKING AND TRAVELLING TO ASCOT

PARKING - CAR PARK 2 Trainers and jockeys are entitled to one car parking space in the Trainers’ & Jockeys’ car park (Car Park 2). Please display your NTF or PJA car park label to gain access.

Owners with runners on the day need to go to Car Park 2 and give the name of their runner. We allocate one space for single owners and two spaces for joint/ partnership/syndicate horses. If you require further parking, please contact Olivia Hills who will be able to assist ([email protected] or 01344 878529).

Should you require disabled parking in Car Park 2, please ensure your blue badge is clearly displayed and give the name of your horse on arrival. You will then be given priority, forward parking.

13A BETFAIR EXCHANGE TROPHY AND BETFAIR HURDLE BONUS

The £150,000 Betfair Exchange Trophy, run over 2m at Ascot on Saturday 21st December, forms part of a lucrative bonus with the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury on Saturday 8th February 2020.

Betfair will award a bonus of £100,000 ( 50% to the owner, 20% to the jockey and trainer and 10% to racing staff) to the winner of the Betfair Exchange Trophy should the horse also go on to win the Betfair Hurdle.

THE GUINNESS KERRY NATIONAL BONUS

Ladies generally opt to dress as for a smart occasion. Gentlemen usually wear a jacket with a collared shirt and tie.

Whilst this style of dress is preferred in the King Edward VII enclosure during the Jumps season, it is not compulsory.

HOSPITALITY AND DINING We offer owners with runners a preferential rate for hospitality packages and the hire of private boxes and loges on our racedays.
