ACCONCIAIOCO Bruno 17 points Evaluation of CV, academic titles and research and programming experience

15 points Evaluation of scientific publications and the “Document to pursue the research”;

TOTAL 32 points

The candidate Bruno Acconciaioco has graduated in 2004 at the University of ’. At the same University, on 9 June 2014, he fulfilled a PhD in Italian and comparative private law (XXVI ciclo). The candidate informs that he was a Visiting Student at Boston University (BU) in 2012. The titles concerning courses of high specialization and (corsi di alta specializzazione e formazione), and the Master degree granted by the University L.U.M. Jean Monnet, do not concern the scientific disciplinary sector “12/A1” of the present recruitment proceeding. Also some of the publications are in part not coherent with the scientific disciplinary sector “12/A”. At any rate, they are merely informative contributions, sometimes aimed at professional updates. In the light of the experiences and the conducted studies, the titles and the publications of the candidate do not integrate the minimum standards to perform the research funded with the 3-years research grant.

BUONANNO Luigi 25 points Evaluation of CV, academic titles and research and programming experience

27 points Evaluation of scientific publications and the “Document to pursue the research”;

TOTAL 52 points

The candidate Luigi Buonanno graduated in 2015 at the University LUISS Guido Carli in Rome. He is finishing the third year of the PhD in ‘Legal Studies’ (XXXIII ciclo), at the Università Commerciale "Luigi Bocconi" of Milan. During the years 2018-2020, the candidate has been Visiting researcher at the Max Planck für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht in Hamburg and in 2019 Visiting Graduate Student at the Institute of Comparative and European Law of the Oxford University. In 2019 he won the (ELI) ‘Young Lawyers Award 2019’ granted by the European Law Institute. In addition, the candidate has participated in national and international conferences. His publications are all coherent with the scientific disciplinary sector “12/A1”. The contributions are mainly published in top ranked law journals (‘A class’, according to the Anvurs’s lists). They demonstrate a great variety of interests – in the fields of obligations, contracts, civil liability and prescription – and a significant methodological accuracy. The experiences and the issues tackled within the publications integrate an adequate basis in order to fulfill the research granted by the 3-years research grant.

PATRONE Matteo 22 points Evaluation of CV, academic titles and research and programming experience

21 points Evaluation of scientific publications and the “Document to pursue the research”;

TOTAL 43 points

In 2011, he participated at the translation from English to Italian of book X on Trust of the Draft Common Frame of Reference (DCFR), at the European Legal Studies Institute (ELSI) of the University of Osnabrück. His publications are all coherent with the scientific disciplinary sector “12/A1”. The contributions demonstrate an adequate level of scientific analysis and a good editorial positioning. However, they are almost only devoted to issues related to trusts. Significant connections to the topic of the research of the present recruitment proceeding are therefore absent.
