It was built from 1,200 pieces of wood, including a tiny piece from the Mary Rose and Jimi Hendrix's guitar, by artists Gary Winters and Gregg Whelan. The pair, known as ‘Lone Twin’, invited members of the public to bring wooden pieces to their boatyard.
