TEAM Santa Rosa, the eco- nomic development organization appointed and partially sponsored by Santa Rosa County, asked the County Commission for some new incentives Monday to offer to sev- eral potential developers now exploring the county as a location for their companies. In addition, TEAM Board Chair Dave Hoxeng also told commis- sioners that since the public work- shop two weeks ago involving the future of economic development for the county the Board has appointed a special committee to take a look at any changes needed to TEAM. “We are addressing issues raised at that workshop by com- missioners,” Hoxeng said. Some issues included rebranding – or renaming – TEAM Santa Rosa, possibly finding new leadership for the economic development organization, and offering more up-to-date reports on progress of TEAM.
