Message from — Reported The Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2016 Secretary-General, reported to the House the following message received from the Lok Sabha, signed by the Secretary-General of the Lok Sabha:- “In accordance with the provisions of rule 120 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in Lok Sabha, I am directed to inform you that Lok Sabha, at its sitting held on the 26th July, 2016, agreed without any amendment to the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2016, which was passed by Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 19th July, 2016.” 11-12 a.m. 3. Statement by Minister Shrimati Nirmala Sitharaman, Minister of State (Independent Charge) of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, laid on the Table, a statement (in English and Hindi) regarding Status of implementation of recommendations contained in the One Hundred and Twenty-first Report of 75 RAJYA SABHA the Department-related Parliamentary Standing Committee on Commerce on the Action Taken by the Government on the observations/recommendations contained in the One Hundred and Eighteenth Report on Demands for Grants (2015-16) pertaining to the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion.
