Isaiah 61:1-2a, 10-11 https://bible.usccb.org/bible/readings/121320.cfm

My soul proclaims the greatness of the Lord; my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has looked upon his lowly servant. From this day all generations will call me blessed. The Almighty has done great things for me, and holy is his Name. He has mercy on those who fear him in every generation. He has filled the hungry with good things, and the rich he has sent away empty. He has come to the help of his servant Israel for he has remembered his promise of mercy, Music ©2008 Jeff Ostrowski. Homily page 6 Symbol of Faith (Nicene Creed) I believe in one God, the Father almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things visible and invisible. I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ, the Only Begotten Son of God, born of the Father before all ages. God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, consubstantial with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation he came down from heaven, At the words that follow up to and including and became man, all bow. and by the Holy Spirit was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, he suffered death and was buried, and rose again on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead and his kingdom will have no end. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son, who with the Father and the Son is adored and glorified, who has spoken through the prophets. I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church. I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come. Amen. The wilderness and the parched land will exult, the Arabah will rejoice and bloom; The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the spendor of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the Lord, the splendor of our God. Strengthen the hands that are feeble, make firm knees that are weak. Then the eyes of the blind shall see, and the ears of the deaf be opened. Then the lame shall leap like a stag, and the mute tongue sing for joy. For the waters will burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the Arabah The burning sands will become pools, and the thirsty ground, springs of water. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen page 12

Livestreaming? -- Making a Spiritual Communion When we are unable to receive the Eucharist at , the Church encourages us to make an act of “spiritual communion,” where we unite ourselves to God through prayer. There are many prayers you can offer during your spiritual communion. Here’s one prayer: My Jesus, I believe that You are present in the Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I desire You with all my heart. Since I cannot receive You sacramentally, I ask that You come spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already in my heart and unite myself to You completely. Please do not let me ever be separated from You. Amen.
