The audit of AWS certification will be implemented on 4 th to 14 th Nov. 2019 in TSMC’s facilities. Fab 6 is an 8-inch wafer manufacturing fab. Fab 14B and Fab 14BP7 are 12-inch wafer manufacturing fabs. DNV GL, is an AWS accredited certification body, will evaluate whether the use of water at a particular site is socially equitable, environmentally sustainable, and economically beneficial against the AWS International Water Stewardship Standard (Version 2.0:2019).
