Governor of the State willing to delegate the state sections for concession along with the federal sections.

• Length: 577 km • Importance: With connections to several ports on the coast of Rio de Janeiro and Espírito Santo, the railroad will have great potential for attracting new cargoes. In addition to the existing ports of Barra do Riacho, Vitoria, Tubarão, Praia Mole and Ubú, on the coast of Espírito Santo, the Central Port would also be conected.
