SEVEN FROM SUNDAY – WEEK 2

A look at seven statistical highlights from games played during the 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET windows on Sunday, September 20, the second week of the 2020 season.

• Nine teams – ARIZONA, BUFFALO, BALTIMORE, CHICAGO, GREEN BAY, KANSAS CITY, LOS ANGELES RAMS, PITTSBURGH and TENNESSEE – improved to 2-0 on Sunday.

With 1-0 teams meeting on both Sunday Night Football (New England at Seattle) and (New Orleans at Las Vegas), 11 teams will begin the season 2-0, tied with 2008, 2006 and 1998 for the most in a single season.

• Three under the age of 25 – Buffalo’s , Cincinnati’s and Jacksonville’s – each passed for at least 300 yards and three in Week 2.

It marks the third time in NFL history that three quarterbacks under the age of 25 have passed for 300 yards and three touchdowns in the same week, joining Week 10 of the 2019 season (DANIEL JONES, and ) and Week 6 of the 2018 season (PATRICK MAHOMES, and ).

Los Angeles Chargers , the No. 6 overall selection in the 2020 NFL Draft, passed for 311 yards with one and rushed for a touchdown in Week 2.

Herbert joins Pro Football Hall of Famer (1950) and (2011) as the only players with at least 300 passing yards and a rushing touchdown in their first career game in NFL history.

• The registered 488 net yards of offense in their 42-21 victory over Detroit in Week 2. In Week 1, the Packers recorded 522 net yards of offense in their 43-34 win at Minnesota.

Green Bay, who has totaled 85 points and 1,010 net yards of offense this season, is the fourth team to score at least 80 points and register at least 1,000 net yards of offense through the first two weeks of a season in NFL history, joining the 2019 , 1998 and 1991 .

• The , who trailed by nine points at the two-minute warning of the fourth quarter, defeated Atlanta, 40-39, in Week 2 on a 46-yard by GREG ZUERLEIN as time expired.

The Cowboys are the third team in the past 15 regular seasons to overcome a two-score deficit in the final two minutes and win in regulation, joining the (December 8, 2013 vs. Cleveland) and SAN DIEGO CHARGERS (December 14, 2008 at Kansas City).

Dallas quarterback passed for 450 yards with one touchdown and rushed for three touchdowns in the victory. Prescott is the first player with at least 400 passing yards and three rushing touchdowns in a single game in NFL history.

Prescott, currently in his fifth season, recorded his 16th career game with both a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown, surpassing (15 games) for the third- most such games by a player in his first five seasons. Only CAM NEWTON (31 games) and DAUNTE CULPEPPER (18) have more.

Atlanta CALVIN RIDLEY recorded 109 receiving yards and two touchdowns in Week 2. Ridley, who had 130 receiving yards and two touchdowns in Week 1, is the first player since Pro Football Hall of Famer (1999) to record at least 100 receiving yards and two touchdowns in each of his team’s first two games of a season.

• Buffalo quarterback JOSH ALLEN passed for 417 yards with four touchdowns and zero for a 147.0 in the Bills’ 31-28 win over Miami in Week 2.

Allen, who has passed for 729 yards, six touchdowns and zero interceptions in the first two weeks of the 2020 season, is the fourth quarterback with at least 700 passing yards, six touchdown passes and zero interceptions through his team’s first two games of a season in NFL history, joining (2015), PATRICK MAHOMES (2019) and (2013).

• Pittsburgh rookie wide receiver CHASE CLAYPOOL, a native of Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada, registered an 84-yard touchdown reception in the Steelers’ 26-21 victory over Denver in Week 2. It marked the longest touchdown from scrimmage by a Canadian-born player in NFL history.

• Tennessee kicker kicked a 49-yard field goal with 1:36 remaining to give the Titans a 33-30 victory over Jacksonville in Week 2.

Gostkowski, who converted a 25-yard game-winning field goal with 17 seconds remaining in Week 1, is the first kicker since ADAM VINATIERI (1999 with New England) to kick a game- winning field goal in the final two minutes of regulation in each of his team’s first two games of a season.
