MERGERS  At Exxon Mobil Corporation, performed all corporate real estate legal due diligence (i.e., the legal due diligence for all real estate except service stations) upon Mobil’s multibillion dollar real estate portfolio for Exxon-Mobil merger, then largest merger ever; reviewed and analyzed all of Mobil’s thousands of real estate documents nationwide, as well as some international real estate documents; properties were a virtual laboratory of real estate, including terminals, pipelines, refineries, oil shale lands leased from the federal government, easements, production sharing agreements, office buildings, retail shopping malls, and golf resorts.
