Main reception
The main reception opens from 8am to 8pm (8am to 9pm in July and August). They will provide you with general and touristic information. They offer other services such as currency exchange and safe rental. You can also book excursions, bus, taxi, car rental or tickets for Aquadiver. In high season, there is an information centre that deals with this. A cash machine is right at the entrance if you wish to withdraw money.
Barriers opening time: 8am to midnight. Please note it is strictly prohibited to drive on site outside of the opening times. Swimming pools
For your information, the sun loungers are NOT free! (4€ per sun lounger per day)
The Ombra swimming pool
It is located at the bottom part of the campsite. It is divided into two areas and there are 2 slides. Relax and sunbathe on the grass while your children play in the pool. Fancy a snack or a drink? Enjoy a large variety of take away menus from the snack bar. There is also a creperie, a bar and a coffee shop right next to the pool. OPENING TIMES LOW SEASON: 10am- 8.45pm; OPENING TIMES HIGH SEASON: 10am- 10.45pm.
The Panorama swimming pool
It is the biggest pool on site and also the liveliest one. You can relax and sunbathe on a big grass area. During high season, Olympiads and contests with inflatable structures are organised. OPENING TIMES LOW SEASON: 9am- 8.45pm; OPENING TIMES HIGH SEASON: 9am- 11.45pm.
The La Bassa swimming pool
Come and enjoy the outstanding view of the surroundings and the sea. This pool, which only opens from mid-June to beginning of September, is surrounded by a charming and natural environment. It is quite small and very intimist; it is the perfect place if you want to escape the lively atmosphere of the two other pools for a little while. OPENING TIMES: 12 noon - 11.45pm.
For your information, swimming shorts are allowed; but inflatables are not allowed.
It is strictly prohibited to enter the swimming pools outside the opening hours. The campsite reserves the right to evict you from the resort for any breach of the rules.

Services
A wide variety of services are offered within the campsite however, for some of them, you will need to pay additional fees. Among them you will find currency exchange, launderette, WI-FI areas, cybercafé, car washing facilities, bike rental, minigolf, night car park, doctor, ping-pong tables, games room, safety deposit boxes, grocery shop, bakery, souvenirs shop, ice-cream shop, creperie, bars, karaoke bar, nightclub, café, restaurants, snack, pizzeria.
Opening/Closing times: - Restaurants/Take-away: 9am-11.30pm; Bars: until 11.45pm; Supermarket: until 8pm in low season and 9pm in high season.
The wi-fi is NOT free! You will need to buy a ticket from main reception. Because of the campsite natural surroundings, the wi- fi service may not work in some of the campsite areas. A huge variety of animations and activities are offered throughout the day to keep the whole family entertained!
The campsite features aqua-gym classes, inflatable structures, sports tournaments (football, basketball, tennis), boules, archery, aquathlon, water polo, handball, running club, pony rides, bike club, activities at the campsite farm. During high season, workshops for the children are organised: ceramics, painting, glassware etc. A mini club for the kids offers fun activities between 11am and 1pm; and between 4-6pm.

As for the night entertainment, a huge variety of shows, concerts and performances are offered every night, either at Panorama, Ombra or at La Bassa.
Shows at Panorama
Little ones and grown-ups can enjoy a different show every night: pop, rock & roll concerts, flamenco show, acrobatic performances, magic show, dancing show. Every night from 10pm.
Discos for kids are also organised 3 times a week from 8pm.
Concerts at la Bassa
During high season, come and enjoy the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of La Bassa. Its unique environment and its live shows will charm you. Every summer night from 9.30pm.
Movie nights and sports events on the big screen at the Ombra
Every night from 8pm, come and enjoy a movie night at the Ombra bar. The latest movies are aired: one at 8pm for the children and one at 10pm for the grown-ups.
For the sport enthusiasts: big sports events are broadcasted as well as English, French and Spanish football leagues.
Campsite rules
When you book with Lifestyle Holidays, you agree to comply with the campsite rules which are on display at main reception or can be handed out on request. We advise you to read them carefully. We cannot be responsible if you get evicted from the resort for any breach of the rules. Please note that you might not be allowed to wear swimming shorts or shirts in the pool. It is strictly prohibited to enter the swimming pools outside the opening hours. Please respect your neighbours, any abusive and repetitive disturbance noises could lead to sanctions.

Bus journey with AMPSA and SARFA/MOVENTIS
If you don’t have your own car or if you just don’t want to drive around, AMPSA and SARFA offer a coach service so you can explore the surroundings. Take advantage of this opportunity to discover Torroella de Montgri and Girona with the AMPSA company; Figueres, L’Escala, Begur or Barcelona with the SARFA company. The bus stop for AMPSA is right by the roadside in front of the campsite and in Torroella de Montgri for SARFA.
Big free car park right in front of the beach
If you have your own car (or rental car), you can drive to the beach and have free access to a large car park right in front of the beach.

CAP ROIG FESTIVAL: It is a music festival that takes place every year in July and August, featuring famous global artists such as Rod Stewart, Elton John, Sting, Lady Gaga, James Morrison, The Corrs… The concerts take place in the splendid gardens of Cap Roig, in Calella de Palafrugell. WHITE SUMMER: The White Summer festival in Pals (about 20mins from the campsite) usually takes place during the three first weeks of August, from 6pm to 1am every day. It is an innovative market mixing shopping, gastronomy and art in a unique natural environment. The atmosphere is relaxed, bohemian and magical. The entrance is 7 euros. http://www.whitesummer.es/

PLACES TO VISIT AROUND ESTARTIT
CADAQUES – Famous « fishing village » with a quaint charm, you will find a great number of art galleries. You can also visit the house of the famous painter Salvador Dali, which has been converted into a museum. It will take approximately 1h15 to drive there.
EMPURIABRAVA – Known as the biggest marina of Europe with more than 30km of canals, it is called the « Spanish Venice ». If the thrills and spills are for you, there is the Skydive Empuriabrava centre which has a worldwide reputation. It will take approximately 50mins to drive there.

FIGUERES – This city hosts the famous Dali Museum as well as the Castell San Ferran, one of the biggest fortresses of Europe. It will take approximately 40mins to drive there.
LE PERTHUS AND LA JONQUERA – Respectively last town of France before the border and first town of Spain after the border, this two towns are mainly known for their competitive prices on many products such as perfumes, cosmetics, delicatessen, alcohol, tobacco. Make sure you are well-informed about the regulation of goods transport. It will take approximately 1h to drive there.
CALLELA DE PALAFRUGELL - This old fishing village with its parapet walk is a must see if you like to stroll and discover hidden coves. It will take approximately 40mins to drive there.
PERATALLADA - Splendid village located about 25mins drive from the campsite. It is one of the most beautiful medieval architecture sites of Costa Brava. You will also find many art shops and traditional restaurants.
BARCELONA - It is a must see of your holidays! You will enjoy everything about this city: its architecture, its numerous shops, its cathedral and its football stadium. The Catalan capital is located only an hour and a half away from the campsite. Excursions are also offered at main reception or information booking office.

For most of these markets, you will find local fruits and vegetables, organic products, spices, clothing items and accessories, handcrafted items etc.
