2018 Chairman, Doctor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies Programs Army Medical Department Center and School Joint Base San Antonio, TX  Chairman for a tri-service Doctor of Science program with focused tracks in Emergency Medicine, Orthopaedics, and General Surgery at six military academic centers. Leads 28 graduate level faculty with an annual enrollment of 57 officers. Primary advisor to the Dean of the Graduate School for program standardization, accreditation, policy, training agreements, contracts and curriculum.  Triple Hatted as the PA Graduate Education Manager responsible for policy development, force management, organizational initiatives, strategic communication for post-graduate PA education and direct support to 42 officers enrolled in LTHET.  Triple hatted as Faculty and Course Director for Interservice Physician Assistant Program. Directs IPAP 605 and IPAP 703, coordinating over 180 hours of instruction in musculoskeletal healthcare for 240 graduate medical students annually.
