KIAMBU COUNTY STEERING COMMITTEE FOR THE CAPACITY ASSESSMENT AND RATIONALIZATION OF THE PUBLIC SERVICE PROGRAMME

The Kiambu County Steering Committee for the Capacity Assessment and Rationalization of the Public Service (CARPS) programme would like to ask Public Servants from Kiambu County to participate in the ongoing CARPS programme.

Please note that there will be NO further extension for those who will not have registered after the set deadlines.

The employees working in the Sub counties will be registered in their respective Sub Counties as scheduled:-

TIMETABLE FOR THE BIOMETRIC EXERCISE IN KIAMBU COUNTY

DATE VENUE 22nd and 23rd September Kiambaa, Kiambu, Sub Counties and County Assembly staff at Kiambu Sub County Headquarters (Community Hall) 24th September Lari, Sub County Headquarters

25th September , Kikuyu Sub County Headquarters 26th September South, Gatundu North Sub County Headquarters 29th and 30th September , and Sub County Headquarters

1st and 2nd October For any unresolved cases and late appearances Thika and Kiambu Sub County Headquarters

For the health workers; they are advised to get in touch with their respective heads of department/head of health facilities.

The activities of the CARPS programme in the County will involve the following;

1. Skills and competence Assessment using Biometric Data Capture, 2. Institutional and Organizational Reviews, 3. Work load Analysis for determination of Optimal staffing levels.

For skills and Competence Assessment using Biometric Data Capture, you are required to present yourself physically at identified centres in your County with the following Original documents:

1. National Identity Card, 2. Letter of 1st appointment to the Service, 3. Letter of appointment to the current post, 4. Duly filled Biometric Data Capture form (This will be supplied in advance to all officers by your respective HRM offices before the Data Capture exercise), 5. Academic and professional certificates, 6. Birth certificate.
