The second issue of volume two of the Journal of the Council for Gerbern S. Oegema Research on Religion (JCREOR) came out of a colloquium in honour McGill University of Professor Emeritus Douglas John Hall, entitled “Christian Patricia G. Kirkpatrick Theology after Christendom: Engaging the Thought of Douglas John McGill University Hall.” The event was held at McGill University in November 2019, hosted by the McGill School of Religious Studies and Emmanuel Pamella McCarroll College in the University of . We were delighted to welcome Emmanuel College so many graduate students at the colloquium and to hear from them both through the papers they presented and the discussions they Editors / Rédacteur engaged. Amanda Rosini These articles were chosen for this issue because of their focus on McGill University themes central to the corpus of Douglas Hall’s work. While some engage his work directly, others raise interesting questions and Elyse MacLeod concerns related to the theme.
