Acoosta Innovations Private Limited will undertake the responsibility to repair the device free of charge while under warranty.

GOVERNING LAW Any disputes arising in connection with this Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts in Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising hereunder.
