 Now valued at $10 Billion, it raised $1 billion in September 2018, from a number of big-name investors including and Softbank Group, making this a very well-funded startup brand. In short, the company is a Unicorn and taking the hospitality market by storm.

 OYO originated as a “virtual” hospitality brand with aggregated economy hotels and guesthouses that could be found and booked online. The company now partners with existing hotels, rebrands them as OYO properties and franchises, and streamlines booking, pricing and technology services. In return, OYO gets a percentage of monthly revenue.

 The Business Development Manager position will be responsible for multiple locations with a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate is motivated and driven to grow with a modern, technology-centered company which offers unlimited growth and uncapped earning potential. Requirements Include:

 1-5 years of high quality Outside sales or business development experience  Strong analytical skills and ability to structure / negotiate large and complex business deals  A Mature, professional who has ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients  A high degree of ownership; a roll-up-your-sleeve attitude; and a willingness to get task completed  Comfortable working in cross-functional setups requiring the candidate to collaborate with multiple teams locally as well as globally  Local market knowledge is very helpful  Relevant previous experience in the is an advantage and  Experience in early-stage startups is a plus

Total annual average compensation expected to be $90-110K/per year. The compensation package also includes Health and dental insurance, Unlimited PTO and a 401K with a company match. OYO also provides you a company laptop, cell phone reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement.
