Doomben Racecourse spills across more than 88 acres – a “blank canvas” of expansive outdoor space and numerous indoor function venues, that can be transformed to suit festivals, music events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, motor shows, fashion parades, film shoots and family fun days. The Brisbane Racing Club is fully licensed and offers gourmet menu options for sit down, buffet and cocktail style events. We are conveniently located only minutes from the Brisbane Airport and the CBD, with onsite car parking facilities available. FOR MORE 2 INFORMATION PLEASE VISIT BRC.COM.AU EAGLE FARM RACECOURSE SPACES Ascot Bar Theatre: 250 pax Cabaret: 120 pax Overlooking Eagle Farm Racecourse at the top of the Members grandstand is the newly refurbished and very luxe Ascot Bar. This space oozes sophistication as the premium Chairman’s Club area on racedays. The dark furniture, Champagne and gold ascents, big screen proximity and prime trackside viewing make it the perfect spot for unique meetings, conferences, cocktail events (up to 260 pax) or banquet events (up to 120 pax). The entrance to the space is also accessible via vehicles making it the ideal location for car and product launches. Guineas Room Theatre: 250 pax Cabaret: 240 pax With an open plan design, the Guineas room is a vast open area ideal for conferences, seminars, presentations and trade shows. The L-shaped space can accommodate 300 people banquet style or 500 people cocktail style. It can also be connected to the adjoining Oaks Bar to increase the size of the room. Tote Room Theatre: 250 pax Cabaret: 128 pax Built in 1913, The Tote is a banquet hall complete with 18 foot ceilings, natural worn brick walls and polished timber floors. Today, The Tote function space is an eclectic fusion of history and contemporary style, lending itself to both cocktail style and seated events. The added benefit of an outdoor deck is perfectly suited to entertaining guests for arrival beverages and canapés. The space also features a gorgeous lounge suit ideal for VIPS or used as a green room. The Tote room caters for 60-160 guests sit- down or 300 pax cocktail style. Vice Regal Room Theatre: 60 pax Cabaret: 48 pax The Vice Regal is an elegant, intimate function space featuring a dining space and breakout lounge area for pre-dinner drinks and canapés. The warm and comfortable atmosphere makes it perfectly suited to accommodate up to 60 pax sitdown or 80 pax cocktail style. FOR MORE 3 INFORMATION PLEASE VISIT BRC.COM.AU EAGLE FARM RACECOURSE SPACES The Society Rooftop Theatre: 40 pax Cabaret: 32pax Tucked within Eagle Farm’s oldest grandstand lies a secret function venue – The Society Rooftop. Built in 1889, The Society Rooftop , is the former racing scientific testing lab. In its contemporary form however, The Society Rooftop is a stunning function space featuring polished wooden floors, ornate lounge furnishings and a large deck with views of the racecourse. Ideal for cocktail style events (up to 150 pax), this function venue is also ideal for small sit down events (maximum of 50 pax). Legends Bar Theatre: 250 pax Cabaret: 160 pax The recently renovated Legends Bar is a diverse function space catering to a range of events including cocktail parties, vehicle / product launches, exhibitions and presentations. Directly adjacent to the Legends Bar, the Buffering Bar boasts a stunning deck in a leafy setting perfect for cocktail events or a breakout area for the Legends Bar. It is sits beside the Stradbroke Plaza and pedestrian tunnel making it easily accessible. Moreton Dining Room Banquet Long Tables: 128 pax Encased in floor-to-ceiling glass this newly refurbished, exclusive dining room affords spectacular views of Eagle Farm Racecourse and winning post. Perched at the top of the public grandstand, the richly-styled Moreton Dining Room is the perfect place to experience a sit down luncheon or dinner whilst overlooking the largest screen in the Southern Hemisphere and the picturesque track. Tables of four, six or 10 are available within this space over 2 split levels. Kentucky Bar Cocktail: 150 pax The recently renovated Kentucky Sports Bar is the perfect space for cocktail events (up to 150 pax) or movie nights overlooking the biggest screen in the southern hemisphere (in conjunction with the public grandstand). The American presence is felt as soon as you walk through the door- from the sports décor, staff uniforms and USA themed menu, you will be immersed in the American spirit. Located on the top level of the Paddock Stand, guests can access The Kentucky Bar via the front of the stand or via the escalators located at the rear of the stand. *Please note, Minimum Spends Apply, these vary depending on the room. FOR MORE 4 INFORMATION PLEASE VISIT BRC.COM.AU DOOMBEN RACECOURSE SPACES Satchel Room Theatre: 400 pax Cabaret: 280 pax The Satchel room is an ideal venue for conferences, meetings and cocktail events. This spacious venue is pillaless and can be divided into multiple break out areas. Black out facilities, AV equipment and the private bar make this a very flexible event space for 350 banquet style or 450 pax cocktail style. Winners’ Circle Room Theatre: 300 pax Cabaret: 144 pax The Winner’s Circle room is ideal for conferences, meetings or cocktail events. With capacity for 200 guests, the Winner’s Circle is a modern, comfortable facility which can accommodate 180 pax banquet or 250pax cocktail style. Champions Bar and Courtyard Theatre: 200 pax Banquet: 160 pax Situated on the ground floor of Doomben’s Public Grandstand, the Champions Bar and Courtyard offers trackside views with contemporary furnishings. Boasting natural light, a permanent bar and large spacious courtyard, this space is predominantly used for cocktail events, small conferences and banquet events. The courtyard also has vehicle access. The Grove Marquee Theatre: 300 pax Cabaret: 160 pax The Grove Marquee is a permanent structure, situated trackside with a fabulous view of the home straight at Doomben Racecourse. Offering sweeping views of Doomben Racecourse, the Chief De Beers room also features a private kitchen and bar facility. This space seats up to 100 pax or 150 pax cocktail style. Vo Rogue Theatre: 250 pax Cabaret: 160 pax A popular venue for tradeshows or conferences, cocktail and sitdown events, Vo Rogue is situated on the second level of the public grandstand. A functional space featuring plenty of natural light and direct access to public grandstand seating, the Vo Rogue is ideal for up to 200 guests banquet or 250 guests cocktail style. Hometurn Theatre: 250 pax Cabaret:160 pax Make your next breakfast meeting or cocktail party memorable with exquisite views of Doomben Racecourse as your backdrop. The Hometurn is ideal for up to 200 guests banquet or 250 guests cocktail style. 10,000 Room Banquet: 160 pax Cocktail: 180 pax Positioned on the top floor of the Members’ Grandstand, directly above the Mounting Enclosure and Winning Post the 10,000 Room offers fantastic views of Doomben Racecourse.
