THE QUAD-CITIES PEACE AND JUSTICE COALITION is composed of the local chapters or affiliates of:

BREAD FOR THE WORLD: a Christian citizens' movement in the United States which seeks government policies that address the basic causes of hunger. Members of several hundred local groups contact elected public leaders about specific pulbic policy issues that vitally affect hungry people.

CLERGY AND LAITY CONCERNED: a nationwide interfaith network of persons called to social action by religious faith or ethical principles. CALC was founded in 1965 to mobilize opposition to American inter- vention in Southeast Asia. Today, CALC seeks to inspire people to challenge and change government and corporation policies that oppress people personally, politically, or economically.

PAX CHRISTI, USA: the international Catholic peace movement founded after World War II, which now has chapters in most European countries, in Australia, and in the United States. Pax Christi is a broadly based coalition of Catholics and others of good will who are committed to the belief that Christian non-violence must become a central concern of both the Church and the international community.
