New Development This high quality XXL warehouse facility is being developed by Proptimize and Built to Build and will be constructed in two or three phases comprising in total 67,000 m2.

Phase I Phase I will be finished in Q3 2017 (target date) and consist a highly sustainable build-to-suit distribution centre with a total surface of approx. 21,670 m2 GFA (Gross Floor Area), situated on a plot of buildable land of approx. 32,000 m2.

The province Gelderland provided out a subsidy to operate a new multimodal container terminal by company CTU Rivierenland. The in total 10 hectare site offers space for approximately 80,000 containers and is directly connected to the Amsterdam Rhine canal.
