Stuart Cameron talks Country

Ward Thomas Kelly & Ellis David Wood It’s been fantastic to see The Shires and Ward Thomas This exciting acoustic duo from America really know David was a prolific act on Hotdisc for several years and doing so well over the past couple of years and now how to harmonise! Kelly & Ellis are making their debut was very successful. His traditional style of music found twin sisters, Catherine and Lizzy from Hampshire, on Hotdisc with the song, Tennessee Whiskey and I will favour with European djs and he charted a number of England make their Hotdisc debut at last with their new stick my neck out and say that we are going to be singles in the higher reaches of the Hotdisc chart. He single, Boomerang. Expect to see the video on the hearing a lot about this duo. Leslie Ellis has appeared took a break for a few years but is back and ready to Hotdisc Top 20 TV programme because the track is in high profile stage musicals but started to write her once again concentrate on his music. It is a pleasure to bound to make an impact. The girls are on tour own material. She also (wait for it!) sung on Celine have the big man back and his new single is We Can currently to promote their single. It’s a pleasure to have Dion’s My Heart Will Go On from the movie Titanic Make This A Better World. them on board the Hotdisc family. which won a grammy! Casey Kelly wrote The Cowboy Rides Away for George Strait and signed to Warner Top: Ward Thomas; Kelly & Ellis. Brothers. There is a very long story behind how they got Middle: Raintown; Rich Price. Raintown together but it’s well worth telling in the future. Bottom left: Russell Lee; David Wood. Winners of the Best Video of 2016 at the Hotdisc Awards, Paul and Claire Bain aka Raintown are following up the very popular 19 Again with the title track from one of their albums, Writing On The Wall. Paul and Claire have recently had their first child so all is fine and dandy in their personal lives (with perhaps a little less sleep) but with new music being written these guys are in it for the long haul and have a very healthy fanbase. This single sizzles with a great ‘road’ video to accompany it. Rich Price We are always thrilled when acts release traditional sounding music. Rich Price is a man who, despite being in the business for a long time, makes his first Hotdisc outing with There’s A Table and you can hear his influences of the likes of Roy Rogers, Gene Autry and Hank Williams in his music. He will be known to many people as the host of Cheyenne Country, a programme currently on TV’s Keep It Country channel. Russell Lee From Canada, Russell has recorded three albums but this is his first real venture into Europe via Hotdisc and we are thrilled to have him on board with us. His single is called Picture and as he enters his 13th year in the business since recording his first album, he has perfected his live act and is regarded as one of the top live acts in Canada. This should whet the appetite for European audiences who would love to see him over here.

Artists likely to appear on the next Hotdisc include Rett Russell, Allan Markin, Gordon Jensen, Aly Cook, SNEAK PEEK Bernadette, George Jones, Gene Watson and many others.
