(15) The sale is subject to confirmation by the Bank. If the borrower/guarantor pays the entire amount due to Bank before publication of this notice, no sale will be conducted. (16) All statutory dues/attendant charges/other dues including registration charges, stamp duty, taxes etc. shall have to be borne by the purchaser. (17) The Sale Certificate shall be issued to the highest successful bidder and in the same name in which the Bid is submitted.
