It was a ‘we,’ not a, ‘me.’” In 17 seasons (1998 to present) as a high school head coach, Oldaker owns a career record of 389-95, and she has collected four Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) 4A state titles (2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011) and two 3A state championships (1999, 2000). As the girls basketball coach at Mt. Lebanon for the past 13 seasons (2003-04 to present), she owns a 284-77 record. In 2015-16, Oldaker led Mt. Lebanon to a 16-10 record. In 2014-15, she led her team to a 13-10 mark and a second-place finish in the PIAA Section 4. Before taking over at Mt. Lebanon, Oldaker was the varsity girls coach at her alma mater, Blackhawk High School (Pa.), for four seasons (1998-99 through 2001-02), where she compiled a 105-18 record (.854 winning percentage) and captured consecutive WPIAL and 3A state titles in 1999 and 2000. Five times Oldaker has been named the Associated Press Pennsylvania Big School Coach of the Year (1999, 2000, 2008, 2009 and 2010). In 2005, she was honored as the Johnny Unitas Sportsmanship Coach of the Year and as the Class 4A WPIAL Coach of the Year, and in 2001 she was tabbed as the Dapper Dan Sportswoman of the Year. She has been awarded the National District Coach of the Year six times; Northern Region Coach of the Year in 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2015; the Capitol Conference Coach of the Year in 2014; Fairfax County Women in Sports Coach of the Year in 2010; and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes Coach of the Year in 2013. In June 2013, Lewis was named the USA Today/WUSA 9 Coach of the Year. Many of her former players have gone on to play at the college level.
