San Diego Civic Youth Ballet (SDCYB) is the resident classical ballet school in Balboa Park and has WHAT MAKES held classes in the park since 1945. SDCYB was instrumental in passing a bond issue to rebuild the Casa del Prado, and, in 1971, the building was dedicated to youth cultural activities.
