Scope • Concept, Review of Segou DC (fixed) site characteristics & projected throughput demands. Challenge • Working for Jiangsu Supply & Marketing General Cooperative & its associates, as investors in Segou Supermarket Co., Ltd. The largest supermarket chain operator in Jiangsu province, China & ranked the 7th in sales value among all retail chain operators. At the time Segou was the franchisor of 502 Segou supermarkets & convenience stores in Jiangsu, Anhui, Shandong & Henan provinces. This DC formed part of the new Distribution network.

Scope • Undertook a major business improvement program with Australia’s largest provider of 3PL transport to improve delivery & service delivery quality in support of 76 national department stores. Challenge • Project managed a $60M AUD high tech fully automated distribution centre project. Responsible for the concept design & implementation of a fully integrated wiring & building management system – winning a national innovation award for a DC facility.
