 At Cellular Lite Concrete Company (CLCC), we are committed to provide an end to end solution to the CLC block making industry & Foamed concrete, by providing all kinds of technical support for the CLC blocks manufacturing process/Foamed concrete & pumps for vertical transportation of CLC to higher floors.  We are based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra state, our foaming agent and Machineries have pan India presence.  We have nearly 25 years of experience in the field of foam manufacturing. About CLC Technology:

 Cellular Light Concrete is commonly known as CLC, it is manufactured using , , Foaming agent and water.  It is also called as Foamed concrete or Green concrete  The CLC becomes light weight due to tiny air bubbles that are trapped in the concrete during production process  CLC has wide range of applications and is accepted worldwide as Green concrete because no toxic fumes are emitted during its manufacturing process, its usage or while withstanding high temperature during a fire incident.  CLC or Foamed concrete can be manufactured at site and the machines can be transported from site to site with ease.

FC-LITE Protein based foaming agent:

FC - LITE Protein based foaming agent is designed for making the light weight concrete  Appearance : Dark brown coloured liquid blocks and foamed concrete. It helps to make  pH @ 27ºC : 6.5 – 8.5 light weight concrete of very high quality.  Sp. Gravity @ 27ºC : 1.00 to 1.20

CLC & Foamed :

We offer different sizes of CLC Plant as per client’s requirements. We offer plants from 0.6 Cubic to any size in both manual and automatic mode of operation.

Shaft of the mixer is made of high grade steel and is not hollow shaft. Rods on which the blades of mixer are fixed are not just welded onto the shaft they are pressed thru the shaft in the hole drilled in the shaft. The mixing of material is fast and homogenous due to design of blade, its pitch and degree. Mixing blade is manufactured from M.S. and hardened by special method so the life of mixer increases. Mixer motor and gear box are selected as per torque requirement considering safety factors and are of reputed brands in the Industry. Finish product drains out from a 6” dia. butterfly valve for easy and fast unloading of the mixture. Bearings do not come in contact with slurry so the mixer works smooth and is virtually noise free. We provide excellent service backup all over India in case of any difficulty/break down.

Foam Generator:

Foam generator delivers the foam by mixing air in required ratio with the FC-Lite Foaming Agent. This process may be semi-automatic or fully automatic depending upon the equipment being used. Foam generated is very light.

Size of dispersed bubbles is 0.01 – 0.2 mm (10 – 200 microns). Stability is 1.0 – 2.0 hours, depending on temperature and environmental conditions.

BATTERY MOLDS:

It is made of MS and outer side is coated with red oxide for long life. Plastic Spacers can also be provided so that one mold can be used to make different sizes of blocks.

We also design the molds as per the client’s requirements It is easy to dismantle and remove the blocks due to the unique design of the mold.

Spacer Plates:

It is made of good quality plastic. With the use of this we can make different sizes of blocks in a single mold This is available in different sizes of, 4 inches, 6 inches & 8 inches etc. We can also provide the plates as per the client’s requirements. It is easy to clean and maintain.

Wire cut MOLDS:

It is made of MS and coated with red oxide for long life. Plastic Spacers are provided so that one mold can be used to make different sizes of blocks. We also design the molds as per the client’s requirements It is easy to dismantle and remove the blocks due to the design of the mold.

Demoulder:

It is made of MS and coated with red oxide for long life. It is made of MS and coated with red oxide and paint for long life. The unique design & mechanism ensures no jerk with removing the mold, hence no chance of breakage of ends of the blocks. It is easy to clean and maintain.

Wire Cutting Machine:

It is made of MS and coated with red oxide and paint for long life. High tensioned wires are used for cutting which are virtually unbreakable. The cutting sizes can be changed to suit the size of blocks required, just by twisting a bolt. The cutting is smooth due to the special type of wires used so the edges of the blocks never break, depending on temperature and environmental conditions.

Slurry trolley:

It is made of MS and coated with red oxide and paint for long life. High quality wheels are used to ensuring easy maneuvering. The slope at the base of the trolley and its wide opening ensure easy and complete emptying of the slurry into the molds. It is easy to maintain.

steam Curing Chamber and Boiler:

Steam Chamber is used to maintain steam at constant pressure This helps to cure the blocks in 6 to 8 hours compared to the 21 to 28 days for water curing.

Boiler is made from High quality materials available in the market It is easy to maintain.

Hardener:

Dosage: 1 Kg. of hardener for every bag of 50 Kgs. cement.

Investigations have shown that a 1 Kg. addition of hardener to 50 Kgs of cement reduces the setting time of the CLC blocks. Regardless of the temperature or cement type, CLC blocks containing the hardener will always have a faster cure rate than plain CLC blocks. The beneficial effects of the hardener will be more at lower temperatures. The accelerated cure rate measured as final block set time can be reduced by two-thirds when 1 Kg. of hardener is added to 50 Kgs. of cement.

Pump for vertical transportation of concrete:

The Peristaltic pumps used for pumping CLC/Foamed concrete to greater heights are seal less pumps hence no maintenance problems occur due to seal failure which is a common occurrence in screw pumps and piston pumps. They can be used for IN-Situ casting of CLC panels, Void fillings, Terrace filings upto 15-20 Mtrs. height etc.

Direction of the pump can be reversed to clear any blockage in discharge line and remove clogs in pipeline. The Hose is the ONLY wear and tear part. Maintenance cost as well as time for replacement of hose is very less. Hence breakdown time and maintenance costs are very minimal for our CLC Pumping Capacity pumps.

SALIENT FEATURES

1) The CLC/Foamed concrete does not come in contact with any mechanical part of the pump hence the resultant density is more or less the same. 2) Cleaning of hose is possible by simply reversing the movement of the pump. 3) Hose needs to be replaced after damage. 4) It has abrasion resistance. 5) It is self-priming with high suction.

WHY ONLY PERISTALTIC PUMPS

Pumping CLC/Foamed concrete to higher floors has always been a challenge because of the change in density of the CLC due to breakage of bubbles in it. Peristaltic pumps help overcome this challenge as no mechanical moving part of the pump comes in contact with the CLC/Foamed concrete Peristaltic pumps are relatively low maintenance pumps as only the hose needs replacement after specified time or after it is
