The three-time West Coast Conference Coach of the Year has led USF to two WCC championships, three 2006* T-1st 15-6 39-23 postseason appearances and the most wins in program history (432 and counting). It was the highest a Don had ever been selected. Entering the 2014 season, he currently sits fourth on the WCC’s all-time list for wins and has the second most for any active WCC coach.

The Diamond Dons have won at least 25 games every year since 2003 including five seasons where the CAREER VICTORIES Dons finished with 30 or more. In 2006, the Dons hit a milestone by winning a program-record 39 games and claiming its first WCC championship. They duplicated their championship form in 2011 when they (WCC Coaches) finished in first place again.
