More broadly, the AFL is responsible for the growth and continuous improvement of our game at all levels throughout the State and Territory. Our strategic priority is the ongoing development of junior and youth football at school and club level. Further developing this base, with a strong pathway both within schools and across to clubs, will ultimately provide the Greater Sydney region with a higher quality and quantity of participants, at senior level, than we experience today. Importantly, strong senior clubs and competitions is integral to the health of the game . Senior clubs provide leadership in the football community and help create a strong presence for our code. Improved facilities, strong administration and quality coaching underwrite the future success of club and code. Overall, the steady improvement by most clubs in their administration is very pleasing. At league level, we hope that we have reflected this improvement through our own administration. We have a new internal structure ongratulations to all teams that have made it through and management team.
