In order to prevent and eradicate the dangers of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, the Office of the President has formed the Drug Activity Special Com- plaint Department, publicized on 26 June 2018, to systematically accept and respond to reports on drug abuses and other related cases from the general public. 2.
