Subject: Encouragement to establishment of Mega Projects in the State.

Sir/Madam,

In the context of the subject mentioned above, kindly refer to the Infrastructure & Industrial Investment Policy 2012, issued by the State Government, under its Para 5.7, titled ‘Mega Projects’, there is a provision to get allowance of special facilities and incentives on case-to-case basis to encourage establishment of Mega Projects. 2. In view of the hurdles in establishment of mega projects in the state, the Governor is pleased to allow the amendment in following portion of Para 5.7 of the policy: Present portion of Para 5.7 Amended portion of Par 5.7
