WALKER MOVES FURTHER UP LIST FOR CONSECUTIVE GAMES WITH A RECEPTION: Last week against the Bills, had one reception for 10 yards. It extended his streak to 82 consecutive games played with a reception—every game in which he has participated since he joined Tennessee in 2013.

Walker’s current streak tied former Oilers wide receivers Ernest Givins (1988–1993) and Charlie Hennigan (1960–1966) for the second-longest streak of its kind in franchise history. With at least one catch this week at Denver, Walker’s streak would be longer than all others in team annals besides tight end ’s 99 consecutive games with a reception from 1996–2002.

Walker began his career with the (2006–2012), and he finished his time in San Francisco with at least one reception in his final seven games. That gives him 89 consecutive games played with one or more catches.

TITANS RECORD 17 SACKS IN FIVE GAMES: The Titans defense has accumulated 17 sacks through five games, which is tied for the NFL’s fourth-best total. The defense is led by second-year outside linebacker III’s four total sacks.

TITANS AMONG LEADERS IN 40-YARD PASSING PLAYS: In last week’s game, tight end caught a pass from Marcus Mariota and turned it into a 57-yard gain. It was the Titans’ sixth passing play of at least 40 yards in 2019, and they have at least one such play in four of their five contests.

Brown’s average of 20.8 yards per catch ranks second in the NFL among qualifying players (minimum two receptions per team game). The only player with a higher average is his former Ole Miss teammate DK Metcalf, who is averaging 22.2 yards per reception as a rookie with the Seattle Seahawks.

Among only rookies, Brown is tied for sixth place in receptions, ranks fourth in receiving yards, and is tied for third in receptions.
