Dear Friend:

We have just received a request from Dennis Boxell to ship to your address records for a forthcoming workshop scheduled for March 20-22, 1981..

The list of records includes LPs and 45's with a value of about $300.00. It is our practice now to r~ire: 1) Verification from the chairman or someone who will assume responsibility for either payment or the return of the records- 2) A deposit (check is okay) of at least 1/3 the value of the shipment.

These requirements have no reflection on you or your group's integrity, however they are a result of similar situations over the years with various teachers and groups.

I hope to hear from you very soon; in the mean time we will start putting the order together. There is plenty of time as of now, but any de lays will delay the shipment. Bes~trega~ds, PS An alternative ~ would be to ship the /'~~~iILCICH order C.O.D for about ~ the value, settle :Ill.E'!:n.t. F1ft:p.r~'T;:l.,..n~. ·FESTIVAL RECORDS 2769 w. PICO Bl;VD.
